Healthy Anzac Biscuits

Try your hand at making these classic chewy F1 Anzac biscuits!

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Chocolate F1 Formula
4 tablespoons Herbalife protein powder
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plain flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup desiccated coconut
125g butter, chopped
2 tablespoons golden syrup
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

Method Notes
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced. Line 3 baking trays with baking paper.
Step 2
Combine oats, formula 1, protein, flour, sugar and coconut in a bowl. Place butter, syrup and 2 tablespoons cold water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir for 2 minutes or until butter has melted. Stir in bicarbonate of soda. Stir butter mixture into oat mixture.
Step 3
Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Place on trays, 5cm apart. Flatten slightly. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden. Stand on trays for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve.

Banana Bread Shake

2 tablespoons French Vanilla Formula 1
Shake Mix
2 tablespoons Herbalife® Personalized
Protein Powder
1 cup nonfat milk or plain soy milk
½ very ripe banana
1/8 tablespoon black walnut flavoring
Few drops vanilla extract
A dash cinnamon
4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend
thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely
crushed.

Blueberry Cranberry Shake

Shake Mix
2 tablespoons Herbalife® Personalized
Protein Powder
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
1 cup low-calorie cranberry juice
1 cup frozen blueberries
Few drops orange extract
4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend
thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely
crushed.

Banana Oat Protein Muffins

Banana Oat Protein Muffins
INGREDIENTS
1 2/3 cup oat bran
4 scoops personalized protein powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 small or medium very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
2 large egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Spray 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or grease well with coconut oil
In a medium bowl whisk together oat bran, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon; set aside.
In a large bowl, mix mashed banana, applesauce, greek yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla together until well combined and smooth. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Let batter sit two minutes to thicken a bit. Divide batter evenly into 12 muffin cups and bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Transfer to a wire rack to cool for 10 minutes, then remove muffins from tin and place on wire rack to cool completely.
Muffins are best served warm with your favorite spread. Feel free to add in chocolate chips, berries, or nuts to the batter!

Coconut Protein Balls

Coconut Protein Balls
Up to 21 essential vitamins and minerals, plus herbs – Coconut Protein Balls

Ingredients

3 cups dates, pitted
4 scoops personalized protein powder
2 scoops dutch chocolate formula 1 mix
1 scoop vanilla formula 1 mix
1/4 cup carob or chocolate chips
1 + 1/2 cup almonds
2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 cup warm water
2/3 – 1 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened

Directions

Combine dates, almonds and water in a food processor and grind. Small chunks are fine. Add to the mixing bowl along with protein and nutrition powder, carob ships and cocoa powder. Mix with spatula until well combined. Mixture will seem dry in the beginning. If necessary add more water.
Spread coconut flakes on a flat surface like a dinner plate and roll 32 balls in it.
